Carnation nursery Martin Zwinkels was founded in 1964 by Martin Zwinkels senior. He started growing carnations on the Barreveldslaan in Honselersdijk. From the year 1994, Martin Zwinkels Jr. has continued the company on Barreveldslaan. In 2004 the greenhouses were replaced and a modern company was set up on the Sprongenloet. The company has a glass area of ​​13,000 m2.

Carnation nursery Nieuwland was created in 2001 from a collaboration between Ed Toussaint and Chris Doelman. Both growers had their own nursery before the collaboration.

Ed started in 1986 in a collaboration with his father and brother in Kwintsheul, later at a nursery in The Hague. Chris started in 1990 in De Lier at a small nursery of his grandfather.

In 1995 he started at the current location on the Nieuwlandsepolderweg in Hoek van Holland. From 2001 the company has been renewed and expanded. The company has a glass area of ​​28,000 m2.

Divine Flowers is a collaboration between carnation nursery Martin Zwinkels and carnation nursery Nieuwland.

From the spring of 2017 they jointly sell their carnations under this name. The range is coordinated in order to be able to supply the widest possible range together.

Roma nova is a leading flower bulb nursery in the heart of the Bollenstreek. Since 2002 the company has been managed by Erik and Brenda Willemse.
